These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or by placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We may revise these terms and condition at any time by updating this posting. You should check for changes as they are binding on you. If you do not agree to any of the following you should not continue to use this website.

Ordering online

Please place an order with us by ordering via our online shop. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors or changes you wish to make. Paypal will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the product(s) you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we receive notification of payment for your order via Paypal. We will then despatch your order unless you have notified us that you wish to cancel and we have agreed to such changes.

We may refuse to accept an order if goods are unavailable, we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, if there has been a product pricing or description error and/or if you do not meet the eligibility set out in our terms and conditions.

Whenever possible we will send flowers similar to those seen on the website photograph. If we do have to substitute flowers due to lack of availability, we reserve the right to replace flowers of equal or higher value without notice. Should something be completely unachievable we will contact you before delivery to discuss your options.

Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the postal code and telephone number of the recipient. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you. Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.

All prices of the online shop products are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to express prices exclusive of VAT, but we will always show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

Deliveries

Deliveries to the London area are made by hand and delivery charges always apply. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays (apart from exceptions on special occasions, that we will announce on our news feed).

Orders must be placed by 4pm for next day delivery in the London area. For same day delivery please phone us on 02072544487. If orders are placed outside working hours or for same day delivery through the website, the delivery will be processed the following working day.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery was made. The courier may, at their own discretion, leave with a neighbour or other safe place, however the recipient or the sender may have to re-arrange for collection or re-delivery of the flowers at their own expense.

Flowers delivered to hospitals must contain all the relevant information, ward name or number and bed number or the flowers may be rejected by the hospital. Some wards do not allow flowers so please check this with the relevant hospital ward before placing your order with us.

If ordering new baby flowers to the family home, please check the family have returned from hospital before placing your order to avoid the flowers being delivered prematurely.

Cancellations and Refunds

Should you need to cancel or amend your order please notify us as soon as possible by telephone on 02072544487, at least 24 hours before the delivery date. If your order has been dispatched you will be fully charged.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers any complaints, refunds or replacements will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please phone 02072544487 or email info@rebelrebel.co.uk with any problems you may have with our service.

Messages

You must agree that any messages you pass on through us will not be deemed by the recipient, in any way, harassing, threatening, vulgar or abusive. You are entirely responsible for the content on personalised messages, we do not screen messages but may monitor content and reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any message that seems wholly unsuitable or objectionable.

Liability

We endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control.

While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
